Nectar Holdings, Inc. Announces the Grand Opening of 6th Oregon Cannabis Dispensary

Nectar Holdings, Inc. a vertically integrated, market-share leading, Oregon cannabis entity, announced the grand opening of its first Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) licensed retail dispensary on Thursday in the City of Gresham. This is Nectar’s sixth retail location in Oregon and its first OLCC licensed store, which allows for full recreational sales separate from the Oregon Health Authority licensed early rec sales program. The company also operates seven fully licensed cultivation facilities in Grants Pass, Oregon.

The 3,300-square foot facility is located at 505 NW Burnside Road in the heart of Gresham. The newest Nectar location will offer the company’s premium Applegate Valley Organics cannabis, waxes and oils, among other high-quality cannabis products from the top producers in the state. Nectar is also one of two dispensary chains in Oregon selected to launch the Marley Naturals brand.

“With the opening of our sixth dispensary in Oregon — and two more dispensaries opening shortly — we are positioned as an industry leader in the retail cannabis space at a time when the legal cannabis industry is gaining momentum,” said Nectar CEO Jeremy Pratt. “Gresham is a strategic location because it’s the fourth largest city in Oregon and it’s issuing limited land use permits for cannabis retailers. Nectar is one of three dispensaries allowed in the City of Gresham. There is a significant opportunity for well-managed, legal operators to establish themselves as leaders in this fast growing sector. Given the early success of our four Portland stores and our location in Eugene, we are confident the Gresham dispensary will play a meaningful role in our expansion into a nationwide cannabis provider.”
